Tuf-Lube Hi-Temp NOD
Tuf-Lube Hi-Temp NOD is a fluorotelomer external release agent packaged in an aerosol container. It will remain effective at elevated molding temperatures, providing a dry lubricating thin barrier coating to prevent adhesion of the resin to the mold.
Tuf-Lube Hi-Temp NOD has proven successful for a variety of plastic molding processing conditions. It is effective when molding thermoplastic resins as well as acting as a non-silicone high temperature solid film lubricant for the lubrication of any sliding surfaces found in mold presses or injection molding machines, such as pins, bushings, press platens, etc.
Formulated to answer the requirements for a safer environmentally accepted product, Tuf-Lube-Hi-Temp NOD (Non-Ozone Depleting) does not contain chlorofluorocarbons (CFC's) or chlorinated solvents which are harmful to the environment.
