KantStik® S Powder
KantStik® S Powder is an amide type wax which functions as an internal lubricant specially designed for extrusion, calendering, blow and injection molding of all types of thermoplastic resin systems. Being comprised of very fine particles, it is compatible with all types of thermoplastic resins without affecting the clarity of the molded article. These include ABS, PVC, polystyrene, polycarbonate, SAN polyethylene, polypropylene, and thermoset resins such as polyester base composites.
KantStik® S Powder will improve production efficiency through reduced
pressure requirements. More complete filling of the entire mold cavity will reduce scrap. Cleaner molds and cylinders and reduced maintenance will also be an added benefit.
