KantStik® M-56
KantStik M-56 is a safe to use external release agent highly concentrated and homogenized so it can be diluted with water by simply stirring. KantStik M-56 was designed to be used when molding a variety of thermoplastic, thermoset and rubber materials as well as polymer concrete composite parts and friction materials, especially those which present difficulty in the molding process. It is useful for compression molding, pre-pregs or pre-forms including SMC, BMC and TMC.
KantStik M-56 can withstand high temperature processing conditions up to 450°F while maintaining its release qualities. It is environmentally friendly and does not contain any ODS (ozone depleting substances) in its composition and fully complies with the Federal Clean Air Act Amendment. It is water based and practically non-toxic and safe to handle by plant personnel.
