KantStik® LM Concentrate
A versatile and effective water base release agent, KantStik LM Concentrate is unique in that its releasing properties are obtained through dry film lubrication. KantStik LM Concentrate can be used for most thermoset resins such as; polyester, epoxy, phenolic melamine, polyurethane, furan, etc. and for thermoplastics such as, acrylic, polystyrene, polycarbonate, nylon, PVA, etc. In addition, it is an extremely effective water-based release agent for assisting in the demolding of automotive brake pads, linings and similar friction material parts during the manufacturing process.
KantStik LM Concentrate is composed of a highly concentrated, white colored polymer dispersion in a water base system. It is designed to be water diluted before use for excellent economy. Upon evaporation of the water, a dry and lubricious film develops providing easy parting from the mold or dye. Withstanding high temperature exposures in excess of 350°F without deterioration, KantStik LM Concentrate’s durable coating provides multiple releases for many operations before reapplication is necessary.
